The Office of Sustainability and UNCGreen are working together for a special project as part of A Day Without Disposable Plastic which is on December 1st. Throughout campus there many common eating areas including office break rooms and student lounges. While extra plates and mugs seem to accumulate in these spaces, plastic utensils still fill the drawers. You can help replace this source of waste by donating metal utensils you no longer need. All donated materials will be washed and sorted into sets that will be distributed around campus by UNCGreen. Donations can be dropped off Jessica Trotman’s office (Sink 214) through November 30th. Thank you for supporting UNCG’s committment to sustainability!
